01 / Leadership Profile
Operations leadership grounded in people, accountability, and service.
I lead by setting clear expectations, giving employees the tools and training to succeed, and building practical systems that improve consistency. My work connects daily custodial performance with the larger mission of a campus: safe spaces, successful events, reliable operations, and a positive experience for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
02 / SRJC Impact
Improving the system
while delivering the service.
Since joining Santa Rosa Junior College, I have focused on strengthening the foundation: people, routes, supplies, equipment, quality, safety, and communication. The result is a more consistent and accountable operation built to support a busy multi-location district.
Standardized routes & cross-training
Redesigned service routes across day and evening operations, building in cross-training, clearer coverage, and thoughtful transition options for employees.
Stronger supply controls
Created campus-level inventory and usage tracking, moved toward centralized ordering, reduced excess closet stock, and established cleaner, safer storage standards.
Equipment reliability program
Launched equipment audits, asset tracking, preventive-maintenance practices, and clearer accountability to improve readiness and extend equipment life.
Gym-floor restoration
Led the team through finish removal, surface preparation, deep cleaning, and multiple finish coats—delivering a floor ready for practices, games, and major events.
Event-service coordination
Coordinated custodial readiness for 110 events, including commencements, concerts, student programs, and high-attendance campus activities.
25Live service framework
Developed custodial service choices and event requirements for 25Live so organizers can communicate setup, cleaning, and support needs more clearly.
Quality & accountability systems
Advanced QCR inspections, route metrics, consistent follow-up, and practical performance expectations to strengthen service quality across locations.
Overtime & reporting visibility
Built real-time tracking formats for overtime, compensatory time, supplies, and operating activity—improving reporting, consistency, and decision-making.
Safety-centered operations
Strengthened SDS/JHA practices, chemical separation, ergonomic support, hazardous-material awareness, and safety expectations in daily work.
Campus responsiveness
Directs emergency response, deep cleaning, office and equipment moves, space reconfigurations, lamping, minor repairs, and facility issue reporting.
